基于Moldflow的车灯面罩翘曲影响规律研究

针对以车灯面罩为代表的薄壁曲面零件,利用Moldflow对车灯面罩的注塑过程进行了分析,研究了浇口位置、模具温度、熔体温度对塑件翘曲等缺陷的影响规律.分析发现,使用长侧边单浇口时获得的塑件填充质量较好,收缩不均是引起翘曲变形的主要原因.当熔体温度升高时,有利于翘曲量的减小,型腔型芯采用不同温度有利于减小由于收缩不均引起的翘曲.确定最佳成型温度条件为熔体温度280℃,型腔温度60℃,型芯温度70℃.
Study on Influence Law of Car Light Mask Warping Based on Moldflow
Aiming at the thin wall curved surface parts represented by the lamp mask,the injection molding process of the lamp face mask is analyzed by using Moldflow.The effects of gate location,die temperature and melt temperature on the warpage of plastic parts were studied.It is found that the filling quality of the plastic parts obtained by using the single side gate is good,and the uneven shrinkage is the main cause of warpage.When the melt temperature increases,it is helpful to reduce the warpage,and the different temperature of the cavity core is beneficial to reduce the warpage caused by uneven shrinkage.It is determined that the optimum forming temperature is 280℃,the temperature of the cavity is about 60℃,and the core temperature is about 70℃.
