采用钛酸酯偶联剂对聚氯乙烯(PVC)进行表面改性,制备了不同改性PVC填料用量的再生塑料混凝土复合材料,研究填料用量对复合材料性能的影响.结果表明:钛酸酯偶联剂改性PVC制备再生塑料混凝土具有较好的力学性能、耐磨性能、抗渗透性能和耐久性能.改性PVC填料用量为15%时,再生塑料混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度分别为32.21 MPa和9.23 MPa,平均摩擦系数和单位面积磨损耗量分别为0.65和0.90 kg/m2.钛酸酯偶联剂改性PVC的掺入有效提升了再生塑料混凝土的抗渗透性能;同时50次抗硫酸试验和抗冻融试验后,改性PVC填料用量为15%,再生塑料混凝土的抗压强度下降率最低,分别为11.95%和7.42%,表现出优异的耐腐蚀性能和耐冻融性能.填充钛酸酯偶联剂改性PVC的再生塑料混凝土具有较好的综合性能,可以满足建筑行业的使用要求.
Study on Performance of Titanate Coupling Agent Modified Recycled Plastic Concrete
Titanate coupling agent was used to modify the surface of polyvinyl chloride(PVC),and recycled plastic concrete composites with different amounts of modified PVC filler were prepared to study the effects of filler content on the performance of the composites.The results show that recycled plastic concrete prepared with titanate coupling agent-modified PVC exhibits good mechanical properties,wear resistance,impermeability and durability.When the modified PVC filler content is 15%,the compressive strength and flexural strength of recycled plastic concrete are 32.21 MPa and 9.23 MPa,respectively.The average friction coefficient and unit area wear loss are 0.65 and 0.90 kg/m2,respectively.The incorporation of titanate coupling agent-modified PVC effectively improves the impermeability of recycled plastic concrete.After 50 cycles of sulfuric acid resistance and freeze-thaw resistance tests,the compressive strength of recycled plastic concrete with 15%modified PVC filler shows the lowest decrease,with reduction rates of 11.95%and 7.42%,respectively.This indicates excellent corrosion resistance and freeze-thaw resistance.Recycled plastic concrete filled with titanate coupling agent-modified PVC exhibits good comprehensive performance,meeting the requirements for use in the construction industry.
