具备隔音隔热性能的PVC复合材料的制备及其性能研究

以回收废弃聚氯乙烯(PVC)管材料粉末为原料,利用三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)对其进行扩链改性,再添加硅烷偶联剂KH-550改性的SiO2空心微珠,制备了具有隔音隔热功能的PVC板材,实现对废弃PVC材料的回收利用.结果表明:TAIC能够有效提高PVC熔体黏度,并通过扩大PVC分子链长度改善PVC板的力学性能.改性SiO2微珠能够对PVC起增刚作用,从而提高PVC板的力学性能.改性SiO2微珠能够提高PVC板疏水性和隔音、隔热性能.当改性SiO2微珠含量为3份时,PVC板的导热系数从0.35 W/(m·K)降至0.14 W/(m·K).当改性SiO2微珠含量为15份时,PVC板在800~1 400 Hz段的最大声波阻隔率从50%左右提高到97%左右.
Preparation and Properties of PVC Composites with Sound Insulation and Thermal Insulation Properties
Using recycled waste polyvinyl chloride(PVC)pipe powder as a raw material,the chain extension modification was carried out by triallyl isocyanurate(TAIC),and SiO2 hollow microspheres modified by silane coupling agent KH-550 were added to prepare PVC board with sound insulation and heat insulation function,so as to realize the recycling of waste PVC material.The results show that TAIC can effectively increase the viscosity of PVC melt and improve the mechanical properties of PVC board by enlarging the molecular chain length of PVC.Modified SiO2 microspheres can enhance the stiffness of PVC,thus improving the mechanical properties of PVC board.Modified SiO2 microbeads can improve the hydrophobicity,sound insulation,and heat insulation performance of PVC board.When the content of modified SiO2 microspheres is 3 phr,the thermal conductivity of PVC board decreases from 0.35 W/(m·K)to 0.14 W/(m·K).When the content of modified SiO2 microspheres is 15 phr,the maximum acoustic wave barrier ratio of PVC board is increased from about 50%to about 97%in the range of 800~1 400 Hz.
