Preparation and Properties of M-BFA/PASP Hydrogel Initiated by Modified Biochemical Fulvic Acid
Biochemical fulvic acid(M-BFA)was modified by 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH-550),and the composite hydrogel(M-BFA/PASP)was successfully prepared by the reaction of the modified biochemical fulvic acid(M-BFA)with polyaspartic acid(PASP)under the action of the initiator polysuccinimide(PSI).The swelling properties of M-BFA/PASP hydrogels at different pH values and temperatures and the slow release properties at different time were investigated. The results showed that the swelling ratio of M-BFA/PASP hydrogel decreased from 4.604 6 to 2.595 1 under acidic condition and to 3.218 7 under alkaline condition. When the temperature rises from 30℃to 60℃,the swelling ratio decreases from 3.046 1 to 1.573 9.In addition, urea was released completely in the composite hydrogel M-BFA/PASP within 90 min. Therefore, the composite hydrogel M-BFA/PASP has a strong sensitivity to pH values and temperature, and it has a good slow release effect. The study provides a new idea for the application of fulvic acid.
