摘要
文章通过正交试验,研究了水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、沙漠砂替代率及聚丙烯纤维掺量对沙漠砂自密实混凝土28 d抗折强度的影响规律,通过极差分析确定了最佳配比,并对最佳配比下的沙漠砂自密实混凝土性能进行验证.结果表明,制备条件对混凝土28 d抗折强度的影响排序为:沙漠砂替代率>水胶比>聚丙烯纤维掺量>粉煤灰掺量,最佳参数组合为A1B3C3D3.与ASC-0相比,ASC-3组的开裂抑制率高达54%,干缩率降低了18.3%.因此,聚丙烯纤维能够改善沙漠砂混凝土的力学性能、抗裂性能及抗收缩性.
Abstract
The influence of water-glue ratio,fly ash content,desert sand substitution rate and polypropylene fiber content on the 28 d flexural strength of desert sand self-compacting concrete was studied through orthogonal test.The results show that the effects of preparation conditions on the flexural strength of concrete at 28 d are in the order of desert sand substitution rate>water-glue ratio>polypropylene fiber content>fly ash content,and the optimal parameter combination is A1B3C3D3.Compared with ASC-0,the cracking inhibition rate of the ASC-3 group is as high as 54%,and the dry shrinkage rate is reduced by 18.3%.Therefore,polypropylene fiber can improve the mechanical properties,crack resistance and shrinkage resistance of desert sand concrete.
