石墨烯改性环氧树脂/碳纤维复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘要
环氧树脂/碳纤维复合材料存在脆性大、抗冲击韧性较差的问题.为改进环氧树脂/碳纤维的性能,利用石墨烯对环氧树脂/碳纤维进行改性处理.使用硅烷偶联剂KH-560对石墨烯进行表面接枝.将接枝石墨烯与水性环氧树脂进行反应,以制备环氧树脂/碳纤维/石墨烯复合材料.结果表明:石墨烯含量为5%时,碳纤维与环氧树脂之间的界面性能最好.经过KH-560接枝后,环氧树脂的弹性模量、拉伸位移、界面剪切强度均得到提升.
Abstract
Epoxy resin/carbon fiber composites have the problems of high brittleness and poor impact toughness.In order to improve the properties of epoxy resin/carbon fiber,graphene was used to modify epoxy resin/carbon fiber.Graphene was grafted with silane coupling agent KH-560.Grafted graphene was reacted with waterborne epoxy resin to prepare epoxy resin/carbon fiber/graphene composites.The results show that when graphene content is 5%,the interface properties between carbon fiber and epoxy resin are the best.After KH-560 grafting,the elastic modulus,tensile displacement,and interfacial shear strength of epoxy resin were improved.
