摘要

文章围绕3D打印用尼龙(PA)粉末的制备技术展开论述,主要介绍PA粉末三种3D打印技术方法,并对比各自特点,得出选择性激光烧结(SLS)最适合用于PA粉末3D打印.文章论述了PA粉末的制备方法,主要包括直接聚合法、机械粉碎法、溶剂沉淀法、热致相分离法,对比四种制备方法的优缺点,概述了PA粉末的改性研究,分析了影响PA粉末SLS制品的因素.研究可为从事PA粉末3D打印相关的人员提供借鉴和参考.

Abstract

This paper focuses on the preparation technology of nylon(PA)powder for 3D printing,mainly introduces three 3D printing technologies of PA powder,compares their respective characteristics,and concludes that selective laser sintering(SLS)is most suitable for 3D printing of PA powder.The preparation methods of PA powder are discussed,including direct polymerization,mechanical crushing,solvent precipitation,and thermally induced phase separation.The advantages and disadvantages of the four preparation methods are compared,the modification research of PA powder is summarized,and the factors affecting PA powder SLS products are analyzed.The research can provide a reference for people engaged in PA powder 3D printing.
