摘要

通过核磁共振碳谱、广角X射线衍射(WAXD)原位以及拉伸实验,研究了新型增容剂材料聚丙烯-聚乙烯嵌段共聚物(iPP-b-PE)的结构、组成与力学性能.使用iPP-b-PE增容熔喷聚丙烯(PP40)和超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE),探究iPP-b-PE材料对PP40/UHMWPE共混体系力学性能的影响,固定PP40与UHMWPE质量比为8∶2,其他条件不变,iPP-b-PE添加量从1%增至9%.结果表明:iPP-b-PE材料中PE和PP的物质的量比为6∶4,其断裂伸长率为2 300%.iPP-b-PE增容剂的加入对共混体系的熔融指数影响不大,提升了共混物的断裂伸长率,使得PP与UHMWPE两相玻璃化转变温度相互靠近.iPP-b-PE增容剂可以改善PP与UHMWPE材料的相容性,提高共混物的韧性.

Abstract

The structure,composition and mechanical properties of new compatibilizer polypropylene-polyethylene block copolymer(iPP-b-PE)were studied by carbon nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD)in-situ and tensile tests.The effects of iPP-b-PE on the mechanical properties of PP40/UHMWPE blends were investigated using iPP-b-PE compatibilized melt blown polypropylene(PP40)and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE).Fixing the mass ratio of PP40 to UHMWPE at 8∶2 and other conditions unchanged,the addition of iPP-b-PE increased from 1%to 9%.The results show that the molar ratio of PE to PP in iPP-b-PE is 6∶4,and the elongation at break is 2 300%.The addition of iPP-b-PE compatibilizer has little effect on the melt index of the blend,but increases the elongation at break of the blend,and makes the glass transition temperature of PP and UHMWPE close to each other.IPP-b-PE compatibilizer can improve the compatibility between PP and UHMWPE and improve the toughness of the blends.
