低雾高清BOPET薄膜的制备及其性能研究

为了开发可以应用于窗膜和高亮膜等方面的光学薄膜,采用自产的A母粒、B母粒和膜级聚酯,采用挤出流延机和拉伸实验机,制备了双向拉伸聚酯(BOPET)薄膜,通过偏光显微镜、线粗糙度仪、非接触式3D表面轮廓仪、透射雾影仪、光泽度仪、摩擦系数仪和材料拉伸机,研究了BOPET薄膜的微观形貌、粗糙度、光学性能、摩擦系数和力学性能。结果表明:开口剂为球形结构,尺寸均在亚微米级,呈现单分散状态。当开口剂含量(B母粒)为0。012 5%时,薄膜表面的粗糙度Ra≤23 μm、Sa≤17 μm,雾度、透光率、清晰度、光泽度分别能达到0。88%、90。8%、99。6%和136 GU,静摩擦系数/动摩擦系数为0。36/0。30,抗黏结效果佳,力学性能优异。制备的BOPET薄膜是一种综合性能良好的低雾高清BOPET薄膜。
Preparation and Properties of Low Haze High Definition BOPET Films
In order to develop optical films that can be applied to window films and high-brightness films,self-produced A masterbatch,B masterbatch and film-grade polyester were used to prepare biaxially oriented polyester(BOPET)films by extrusion casting machine and tensile test machine.The microstructure,roughness,optical properties,friction coefficient and mechanical properties of BOPET films were studied by polarizing microscope,line roughness meter,non-contact 3D surface profiler,transmission fog shadowgraph,gloss meter,friction coefficient meter and material tensile machine.The results show that the opening agent is a spherical structure,the size is in the submicron level,showing a monodisperse state.When the content of the opening agent(B masterbatch)is 0.012 5%,the roughness of the film surface Ra≤23 μm,Sa≤17 μm,haze,transmittance,clarity,gloss can reach 0.88%,90.8%,99.6%and 136 GU,respectively.The static friction coefficient/dynamic friction coefficient is 0.36/0.30.The anti-bonding effect is good and the mechanical properties are excellent.The prepared BOPET film is a kind of low fog and high definition BOPET film with good comprehensive properties.
