聚丙烯纤维对高强混凝土流变性能和力学性能的影响

向混凝土中加入聚丙烯纤维(PPF),研究了PPF对混凝土流变性和力学性能的影响.结果表明:随着PPF掺量不断增加,混凝土拌合物的流动性变差.与未加PPF相比,掺入PPF的混凝土在养护7 d和28 d后的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和拉压比均增大.当PPF掺量不超过0.9 kg/m3时,混凝土流变性满足设计要求.PPF掺入量为0.9 kg/m3,混凝土在养护7 d和28 d后的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和拉压比达到最大值.
Influence of Polypropylene Fibers on Rheological and Mechanical Properties of High Strength Concrete
Polypropylene fiber(PPF)was added to concrete,and the effect of PPF on the rheological and mechanical properties of concrete was studied.The results show that with the increase of PPF content,the fluidity of concrete mixture becomes worse.Compared with those without PPF,the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and tension-compression ratio of concrete with PPF increase after curing for 7 d and 28 d.When the content of PPF is less than 0.9 kg/m3,the rheological properties of concrete meets the design requirements.When the content of PPF is 0.9 kg/m3,the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and tension-compression ratio of concrete reach the maximum after curing for 7 d and 28 d.
