石墨烯制备阻燃型聚苯乙烯保温材料力学性能和热学性能的研究

以石墨烯(GN)改性聚苯乙烯(PS),制备了阻燃型PS/GN保温材料,并研究其力学性能、热学性能等.研究表明:KH-550成功接枝到了GN表面.随着GN掺量的增加,PS/GN保温材料的力学性能、耐热性能逐渐提高,导热系数逐渐降低.GN掺量未超过0.3%时,PS/GN保温材料的力学性能、耐热性能增长显著,导热系数增长不大.GN的最佳掺量为0.3%,此时PS/GN保温材料的压缩强度提高37.2%,起始降解温度提高29℃,残炭率提高0.7%,导热系数为0.037 1 W/(m·K).
Study on Mechanical and Thermal Properties of Flame Retardant Polystyrene Insulation Materials Prepared from Graphene
Graphene(GN)modified polystyrene(PS)was used to prepare flame retardant PS/GN thermal insulation material,and its mechanical properties and thermal properties were studied.The results show that KH-550 is successfully grafted onto the surface of GN.With the increase of GN content,the mechanical properties and heat resistance of PS/GN insulation materials gradually increase,and the thermal conductivity gradually decreases.When the content of GN is not more than 0.3%,the mechanical properties and heat resistance of PS/GN insulation material increase significantly,and the thermal conductivity increases little.The optimum content of GN is 0.3%,at this time,the compressive strength of PS/GN insulation material is increased by 37.2%,the initial degradation temperature is increased by 29℃,the mass residue is increased by 0.7%,and the thermal conductivity is 0.037 1 W/(m·K).
