聚乳酸的制备、改性及应用进展研究

聚乳酸(PLA)是一种新型生物可降解材料,降解产物无污染,满足可持续发展的要求.PLA因优良的生物相容性及耐热等性能可以代替塑料,广泛应用于生产生活中.文章综述了3种不同的PLA合成途径并对比了其优缺点,阐述了目前对PLA的改性多集中于力学性能和阻燃性能方面,综述了国内外学者对PLA改性的方法,总结了改性PLA在食品包装、纺织品、医疗用品和大棚地膜的应用途径,归纳了PLA未来发展趋势,以期为今后PLA技术的发展提供参考.
Study on Preparation,Modification and Application Progress of Polylactic Acid
Polylactic acid(PLA)is a new type of biodegradable material,the degradation product is pollution-free,and meets the requirements of sustainable development.PLA can be used as a substitute for plastics due to its excellent biocompatibility and heat-resistant properties,and is widely used in production and life.This paper reviews three different PLA synthesis pathways and compares their advantages and disadvantages,describes the current modification of PLA focusing on mechanical properties and flame retardant properties,summarizes the methods of domestic and foreign scholars of PLA modification,summarizes the application pathways of modified PLA in food packaging,textiles,medical supplies and greenhouse membranes,and summarizes the development trend of PLA in the future with a view to provide a better solution for the future development of PLA technology and PLA to promote carbon peaks,heat resistance,and other properties.The future development trend of PLA is summarized in order to provide a reference for the future development of PLA technology.
