海洋环境用CFRP筋的力学性能和耐久性能研究

研究制备碳纤维/环氧树脂(CFRP筋)复合材料,研究CFRP筋的力学性能,分析CFRP筋在去离子水和盐溶液侵蚀环境下的耐久性能.结果表明:CFRP筋复合材料具有优异的力学性能;去离子水和NaCl溶液浸渍CFRP筋复合材料后,CFRP筋复合材料的质量变化率会随着时间的延长和温度的升高而不断增大,层间剪切强度保留率和弯曲强度保留率随着时间的延长和温度的升高不断下降,NaCl溶液和高温对力学性能的影响更大.但是,在70℃NaCl溶液中浸渍90 d后,CFRP筋复合材料的层间剪切强度保留率和弯曲强度保留率分别为88.6%和85.7%,说明CFRP筋复合材料在水或盐溶液侵蚀环境下仍能保持较高的力学性能.因此,CFRP筋复合材料具有良好的耐久性能.
Study on Mechanical Properties and Durability of CFRP Reinforcement for Marine Environments
The study prepared carbon fiber fiber/epoxy resin(CFRP reinforcement)composites,studied the mechanical properties of CFRP reinforcement,and analyzed the durability of CFRP reinforcement in deionized water and salt solution erosion environments.The results show that CFRP reinforced composites have excellent mechanical properties.After impregnating CFRP reinforced composites with deionized water and NaCl solution,the mass change rate of CFRP reinforced composits will continuously increase with the prolongation of time and the increase of temperature.The interlayer shear strength retention rate and bending strength retention rate will continuously decrease with the prolongation of time and the increase of temperature.The influence of NaCl solution and high temperature on mechanical properties is greater.However,after immersion at 70℃ for 90 days in NaCl solution,the interlayer shear strength retention and bending strength retention of CFRP reinforced composites are 88.6%and 85.7%,respectively,indicating that CFRP reinforced composites can still maintain high mechanical properties in water or salt solution corrosive environments.Therefore,CFRP reinforced composites have good durability.
