石灰岩粉尘石粉/PVC石塑材料的制备及性能研究

石灰岩粉尘石粉是砂石骨料开采时产生的固废物,对其进行高值化利用具有环境和经济的双重价值.以石灰岩粉尘石粉替代碳酸钙,制备聚氯乙烯(PVC)石塑复合材料.通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)及X射线荧光光谱分析石灰岩粉尘石粉的物相组成,研究其粒径、含量及表面处理剂对PVC复合材料微观形貌及力学性能的影响.结果表明:石灰岩粉尘石粉的主要成分为碳酸钙;经硬脂酸处理后的粉尘石粉可在PVC中获得良好的分散效果及界面结合能力,进而提高石灰岩粉尘石粉/PVC复合材料的力学性能;石灰岩粉尘石粉/PVC复合材料的力学性能随粒径的增大及含量的增加而降低;在石粉用量相同的情况下,石灰岩粉尘石粉/PVC复合材料的拉伸强度和硬度较碳酸钙/PVC略高.通过小试生产制备石灰岩粉尘石粉/PVC石塑地板材料,其性能满足相应的国家标准.
Preparation and Property Study of Limestone Dust Powder/PVC Stone-Plastic Composites
Limestone dust powder is the solid waste produced during the mining of stone aggregate.Using it with high value has the dual values for the environment and economy.In this paper,limestone dust powder was used to replace calcium carbonate to prepare polyvinyl chloride(PVC)stone-plastic composites.The composition of limestone dust powder was analyzed by XRD and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy.The effects of particle size,content and surface treatment agents of limestone dust powder on the morphology and mechanical properties of limestone dust powder/PVC composites were studied.The results show that the main component of limestone dust is calcium carbonate,and after stearic acid treatment,the dust can disperse well and has better interface interaction with PVC,thus improving the mechanical properties of limestone dust powder/PVC composites.The mechanical properties of limestone dust powder/PVC composites decrease with the increase of particle size and content.Under the same amount of stone powder,the tensile strength and hardness of limestone dust powder/PVC composites are slightly higher than those of calcium carbonate/PVC.The limestone dust powder/PVC stone-plastic floor material is prepared through pilot production,and the performance meets the corresponding national standards.
