防霉阻燃尼龙材料的制备与性能研究

选取银离子、氧化锌、聚六甲基盐酸胍、呋喃肟铜(Ⅱ)配合物4种防霉剂,采用双螺杆挤出机制备分别含有氮系、溴系和磷系等阻燃剂的防霉阻燃尼龙复合材料,考察防霉剂种类对尼龙阻燃性能和力学性能的影响,研究不同阻燃剂种类对尼龙复合材料防霉性能影响。结果表明:防霉剂种类对尼龙复合材料的力学性能无明显影响,但对阻燃性能有负面影响。质量分数0。5%的呋喃肟铜(Ⅱ)配合物或聚六甲基盐酸胍均能够起到良好的防霉作用,相关的尼龙复合材料防霉等级为0级。添加同样比例的商业化银离子或氧化锌抗菌剂的阻燃尼龙,防霉性能仅为1级。添加相同含量的防霉剂,含溴系阻燃剂和磷系阻燃剂的尼龙复合材料防霉等级可达0级,MCA阻燃体系的尼龙复合材料防霉性能最差,防霉等级仅为3级。
Preparation and Properties Study of Anti-mildew and Flame Retardant Nylon Materials
The study selected four types of anti-mildew agents[silver ions,zinc oxide,polyhexamethylguanidine hydrochloride,and copper(Ⅱ)furanoxime complexes],and used a twin-screw extruder to prepare anti-mildew and flame-retardant nylon composites containing nitrogen,bromine,and phosphorus flame retardants,respectively.The study investigated the effects of different types of anti-mildew agents on the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of nylon,and studied the effects of different types of flame retardants on the anti-mildew properties of nylon composites.The results show that the types of anti-mildew agents has no obvious effect on the mechanical properties and flame retardancy of nylon,but has a negative impact on the flame retardancy.Copper(Ⅱ)furanoxime complexes or polyhexamethylguanidine hydrochloride at 0.5%mass fraction can provide good mildew protection,the relevant nylon composite has a mildew protection grade of 0,and the flame-retardant nylon with the same proportion of commercial silver ion or zinc oxide antibacterial agent has only a mildew protection grade of 1.Adding the same content of anti-mildew agent,the nylon composite containing bromine flame retardant and phosphorus flame retardant can reach grade 0,the nylon composite with MCA flame retardant system has the worst anti-mildew properties,and the anti-mildew grade is only grade 3.
