聚氯乙烯/锡酸锌复合材料的制备及性能研究

以两种不同粒径的锡酸锌(Zn2SnO4)为阻燃剂,配以钙锌稳定剂及邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,对聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料进行改性,通过熔融共混挤出法制备两种PVC/Zn2SnO4 复合材料。采用拉伸试验仪、极限氧指数(LOI)测定仪及电压击穿试验仪对复合材料的力学性能、阻燃性能及抗电压击穿性能进行表征。结果表明:随着Zn2SnO4-1和Zn2SnO4-2添加量的增加,相应复合材料的拉伸强度及LOI呈逐渐上升趋势。随着Zn2SnO4-2添加量的增加,复合材料断裂伸长率呈先升后降趋势;当Zn2SnO4-2添加量为2份时,断裂伸长率最大。相对PVC/Zn2SnO4-1复合材料,PVC/Zn2SnO4-2复合材料的LOI、拉伸强度及抗电压击穿强度值更高。
Study on Preparation and Properties of PVC/Zinc Stannate Composites
Two kinds of PVC/Zn2SnO4 composites were prepared by melt blending extrusion method using two kinds of zinc stannate(Zn2SnO4)with different particle sizes as flame retardant with calcium-zinc stabilizers and dioctyl phthalate for modification of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)materials.The mechanical properties,flame retardancy and anti-voltage breakdown performance of composites were investigated by a tensile tester,a limiting oxygen index(LOI)tester and a voltage breakdown tester.The results showed that the tensile strength and LOI of the composites increased as the increase of Zn2SnO4-1 and Zn2SnO4-2 adding amount.The elongation at break of the composites first increased and then decreased as the increase of Zn2SnO4-2 adding amount,which reached the maximum value when the adding amount of Zn2SnO4-2 was 2 phr.The LOI,tensile strength and voltage breakdown strength of the PVC/Zn2SnO4-2 composites were higher than that of PVC/Zn2SnO4-1 composites.
