球形乙氧基镁载体制备研究进展

乙氧基镁[Mg(OEt)2]载体因具有制备工艺简单、粒径可调、球形度高等特点,制备的Mg(OEt)2载体型Ziegler-Natta催化剂具有活性高、氢调敏感性好、立构规整性高和共聚能力强等优点,已成为聚烯烃催化剂研究的重要组成部分。文章综述近年来Mg(OEt)2载体制备方法、制备机理及影响Mg(OEt)2球形载体制备的因素,重点介绍Mg(OEt)2制备过程的投料方式、投料比、反应温度、主要原料等因素对其形态和粒度分布的影响,并展望未来工业用Mg(OEt)2载体在制备工艺优化和开发等方面的发展方向,以提高我国聚烯烃催化剂的竞争力。
Research Progress in Preparation of Spherical Ethoxylated Magnesium Carriers
The carrier of ethoxylmagnesium[Mg(OEt)2]is characterized by a simple preparation process,adjustable particle size and high sphericity.The Mg(OEt)2 carrier Ziegler-Natta catalyst has many advantages,such as high activity,good hydrogen regulation sensitivity,good stereoregulation and strong copolymerization ability,which has been an important part of polyolefin catalyst research.In this paper,the preparation methods,preparation mechanism and factors affecting the preparation of Mg(OEt)2 spherical carrier in recent decades were reviewed.The effects of feeding mode,feeding ratio and reaction temperature and main raw material on the morphology and particle size distribution of Mg(OEt)2 were emphatically introduced,and the development trend of industrial Mg(OEt)2 carrier in preparation process optimization and development in the future was prospected in order to improve the competitiveness of polyolefin catalysts in China.
