2022年湖北省长阳县主要气候特征及其影响分析

摘要
为及时了解湖北省长阳土家族自治县的气候状况及变化特点,为防灾减灾提供依据,利用长阳国家气象观测站历史数据和实时观测数据,对2022年长阳县各气象要素进行统计分析.结果表明:2022年长阳县气候年景等级为差,年平均气温17.5℃,排1959年建站以来第1位;前冬暖、后冬冷,春夏秋三季持续气温偏高,盛夏高温,多站破纪录.年降水量1 233.1 mm,比历年平均略偏少,时空分布严重不均;春季和夏初区域性强降水和强对流天气多发,梅雨强度偏弱但"面弱点强",对流特征显著,汛期反枯;秋季降水持续偏少,出现大范围的伏秋冬气象干旱.2022年主要气象灾害有伏秋冬连旱、盛夏高温、低温雨雪(冰冻)、暴雨、强对流、雾霾等,对各行业造成不利影响.
Abstract
In order to timely understand the climate conditions and variation characteristics of Changyang Tujia Au-tonomous County in Hubei Province and provide a basis for disaster prevention,the historical data and real-time observation data of Changyang National Meteorological Observation Station were used to make statistical analysis of various meteorological elements of Changyang Country in 2022.The results showed that in 2022,the climatic year rating for Changyang County was poor.The annual average temperature was 17.5 ℃,ranking it the highest since the establishment of the station in 1959.The early winter was warm while the latter was cold,and temperatures during spring,summer,and autumn continuously deviated above the norm,with record-breaking high temperatures occur-ring at numerous stations during the peak of summer.The annual precipitation was 1 233.1 mm,slightly less than the historical average,with severe uneven spatial and temporal distribution.The spring and early summer witnessed frequent regional heavy rainfall and severe convective weather,the plum rain season was weak in intensity,but the"weak overall,strong in localized areas"convective pattern was significant,leading to a reverse drought during the flood season.Autumn precipitation was persistently below normal,resulting in a widespread meteorological drought during the late-summer,autumn and winter.In 2022,the primary meteorological disasters included continuous drought during the late-summer,autumn and winter,extreme heat during the mid-summer,low temperature rain and snow(freezing conditions),torrential rains,strong convection,smog,etc.,which had an adverse impacts on va-rious industries.
