课程思政建设是构建"三全育人"立体化格局、实现知识传授和价值引领相互结合、增强思想政治教育实效性的重要方式和途径.随着课程思政建设进入提质增效的崭新阶段,其面临的形势和任务发生了相应的变化,应该加强对马克思主义关于人的自由而全面发展的经典理论、习近平总书记关于教育发展和人才培养的重要论述及教育学相关原理关于隐性教育和教学活动的基本认知等相关内容的把握,为开展课程思政建设提供坚实的理论依据.除此之外,要对课程思政建设过程中存在的价值功能定位不够准确、运行逻辑认知比较模糊、教学规律和特点把握存在偏差及教师专业素养水平亟待提升等问题保持清醒的认知,并从建立完善的通力协作和评价激励机制、提升课程思政元素挖掘的针对性和融入的合理性,以及强化教师的课程思政意识和教书育人能力等角度着眼,助推新时代高校课程思政建设实现高质量发展.
Focus on Problems of Ideological and Political Construction of College Curriculum and Corresponding Strategy
Curriculum ideological and political construction is an important way and approach to construct the three-dimensional pattern of"three-in-one education",realize the combination of knowledge imparts and value leads,and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.It provides a solid theoretical basis for carrying out curriculum ideological and political construction.In addition,it is necessary to maintain a clear understanding of the problems existing in the process of curriculum ideological and political construction,such as the inaccurate positioning of value functions,the vague cognition of operation logic,the deviation in the grasp of teaching rules and characteristics,and the urgent need to improve the professional quality of teachers.And from the perspective of establishing a perfect cooperation and evaluation incentive mechanism,improving the pertinence and rationality of curriculum ideological and political elements mining and strengthening teachers'curriculum ideological and political awareness and teaching ability,promote the high quality development of curriculum ideological and political construction in colleges and universities in the new era.
