A Study on Collaborative Promotion of Rural Revitalization and New Urbanization in Shaanxi
The collaborative promotion of rural revitalization and new urbanization is a key measure to solve the imbalance of urban and rural development and inadequate rural development.Taking Shaanxi Province as an important,a systematic analysis is made on major practices and effectiveness,and the thinking countermeasures is proposed based on restricting factors of the collaborative promotion of two strategies from four respects including space coordination,economic coordination,element coordination and social coordination.Specific ideas include promoting the county′s high quality construction by building new-type urbanization system,accelerating to leave main body of the industry chain behind in county-level area by cultivating special advantage industry,guaranteeing free flow of urban and rural elements by deepening reform of the allocation of factor marketization,optimizing urban and rural public resources allocation by implementing the concept of shared development.
