A carbon quantum dot with good water solubility and mono-dispersity is prepared via one step hydrothermal method with waste mushroom sticks as raw material.The standard curve can be obtained and the concentration of norfloxacin can be detected based on the different fluorescence quenching rate of the carbon quantum dot in different norfloxacin concentration.The experimental results indicate that fluorescence quenching factor(F0-F)/F0 of carbon quantum dot has a good linear relationship with the concentration of norfloxacin in the range of 0~80 μmol/L,the regression equation obtained from the standard curve is y=0.099 1x+0.036 1,R2=0.99.The fluorescence quenching method with carbon quantum dot is employed to detect the concentration of norfloxacin,the experimental results are consistent with the theoretical calculation results,suggesting the good feasibility of the carbon quantum dot-based fluorescence quenching method.
