A Study on Nursing Intervention of Chiropractic Therapy Combined with Acupoint Pressing on Children with Functional Dyspepsia
To investigate the nursing intervention effect of chiropractic therapy combined with acupoint pressing in the treatment of children with functional dyspepsia,a total of 65 children with functional dyspepsia in a tertiary hospital and a specialized hospital in Shangluo city,Shaanxi Province from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and randomly divided into intervention group(32 cases)and control group(33 cases).The control group received routine nursing methods such as diet management and exercise management,while the intervention group received chiropractic and acupoint pressing therapy on the basis of routine nursing.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The results showed that the symptom scores of the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.001).After 4 weeks of treatment,the symptom scores in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The clinical efficacy of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction evaluation of patients and their families showed that the satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group in terms of trust in nurses,feeling that nurses had solved their concerns,feeling the teamwork of nurses(P<0.001),but there was no significant difference in feeling nurses'respect for themselves,nursing staff's professional knowledge,nurse patient communication and whether they would recommend other patients for treatment(P>0.05).Chiropractic combined with acupoint pressing therapy can significantly improve the nursing intervention of children with functional dyspepsia,which has clinical application value.
