地方院校专创融合培养化材类创新人才的路径探析

摘要
地方院校专创融合教育因学科、专业、办学定位和培养理念的不同而差异性较大,鉴于此,分析了地方院校专创融合人才培养存在的问题,突出专业群对接产业链,以产业需求为导向的专创融合人才培养模式.从专创融合教育的本质与内涵、专创融合化材类课程体系构建和专创融合师资队伍建设及对学生的全方位指导等方面提出了相应的对策,为服务区域产业培养一批"用得上、留得住"的应用型创新人才.
Abstract
In local universities,the significant differences in the integration of specialized and innovation education are due to differences in disciplines,majors,educational positioning,and training concepts.The practical problems were analyzed by cultivating specialized and innovative talent in local colleges and universities.The integration of professional groups with the industrial chain was proposed,and a specialized and innovative talent cultivation model guided by industrial demand was adopted.The corresponding strategies were proposed from the essence and connotation of specialized and innovative education,the construction of a chemical curriculum system,and the construction of a teacher team that integrates specialized and creative education provide comprehensive guidance to students,in order to cultivate a group of innovative talents who can be used and retained in serving regional industries.
