Zheng Min's Three Dimensions of Reflection on Century-old New Poetry
In 1990s,Zheng Min advocated that new poetry should learn from the"Tradition"of Chinese classical poetry,which was inherent in the late 20th century trend of thought and the tradition of self-reflection in new poetry.Zheng Min's reflection is centered on the new poetry itself,which can be divided into three levels:the aesthetic evaluation of the new poetry,the exploration of the language the exploration of language philosophy in new peotry,and the reflection of new peetry.Zheng Min transcends the limitation of external evaluation discourse of poetry and emphasizes that poetry is an art of beauty in nature.Inspired by the philosophy of language,Zheng Min ponders the possibility of the integration of classical Chinese and vernacular Chinese.She emphasized the importance of Chinese classical philosophical thinking.Zheng Min emphasized a kind of new poetry history research and new poetry writing with"Historical sense".
