A Study on Rehabilitation Effect of Interference Electrotherapy Combined with Traction and Massage Therapy on Lumbar Disc Herniation
The rehabilitation effect of interference electrotherapy is studied, combined with traction and massage therapy on patients with lumbar disc herniation after treatment, and to help patients relieve the trouble of the disease.Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation in the rehabilitation department of a Grade-Three hospital in Shangluo City from October 2022 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups(control group and experimental group). The efficacy,JOA scale score,VAS scale score and ODI scale score of experimental group and control group were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the scores of the two groups were higher after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the lumbar function, the degree of lumbar pain and the degree of lower limb dysfunction of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05).It can be seen that interference electric combined traction and massage therapy has significant rehabilitation effects on lumbar function, lumbar pain and lower limb dysfunction in patients with lumbar disc herniation, which is worthy of clinical application.
