Clinical Observation of Myoelectric Biofeedback Combined with Mirror Therapy on Rehabilitation of Patients with Stroke
To study the influence of electromyographic biofeedback therapy combined with mirror therapy on motor function in stroke patients, from September 2022 to March 2023,a total of 60 patients with the first stroke in the departments of neurology, neurosurgery and rehabilitation medicine with a duration of less than 2 months and no other neurological and motor system diseases were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The muscle strength threshold,Fugl-Meyer exercise score and range of motion of the patients before and after treatment were evaluated in the two groups. The results showed that the general information of the two groups of patients before the experiment was basically similar, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 6 weeks of trial, the muscle strength,Fugl Meyer motor score, and joint range of motion of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of mirror therapy combined with electromyographic biofeedback in the rehabilitation of stroke patients is better than that of conventional rehabilitation therapy combined with electromyographic biofeedback, and it is worth promoting and applying clinically.
