The construction and optimization of academic communities are related to the high-quality development process of higher education and the reform achievements of academic governance.However,prominent issues such as uneven power game,balance traps,and conflicts of consciousness between the public and experts and scholars all affect the sustainable development of academic communities.In view of this,it is necessary to improve the basic system for the operation of academic communities and build a coop-erative game with clear rights and responsibilities and binding force,deeply understand the sustainable de-velopment concept of academic governance,explore the academic spirit connotation of breaking the balance state,seek a good ecological environment for consensus and co governance in the development of academic communities,adhere to the contractual spirit of responsibility and responding to social commitments,and clarify the operational mechanism of sustainable development construction in academic communities,and building a new trend of"good governance"in academic communities.
