To solve the livelihood problems of the Eight Banners in Beijing, during the reign of Em-peror Qianlong,Emperor Jiaqing,Emperor Daoguang and Emperor Guangxu, the Qing government moved Manchuria in the Beijing Bannermen to Lalín,Alechuka,Shuangcheng District and Hulan. In order to make these Bannermen better adapt to the life of returning to the village, during the early period of the Qianlong dynasty, the Qing government gave the Bannermen preferential treatment. Before setting out,the Banner-men were given money, and after arriving at the village, they were given silver for the purchase of property, for the purchase of clothes, seeds, farm tools, vehicles, grinding and other equipment.Because these Beijing Bannermen had never known frugality, the money in hand was soon gone. For this reason,Jia Dao period, the Qing government changed the management mode. All the implements were prepared in advance by the local people in Jilin. In addition, the rice, courtyard, and housing needed by Beijing Bannermen were allo-cated in advance, and the corresponding infrastructure such as wells, streets, bridges, and courier stations were built. The arrival of the Beijing Bannermen strengthened ties between the north-east and the Central Plain region. It had not only led to the spread of cotton and sericulture to the north-east,but also led to the rapid development of the region.
