摘要
推动大学科技成果走出实验室,将科技成果与经济发展紧密结合,使其转化为社会发展的推动力,是提升国家创新能力和竞争力的关键所在.斯坦福大学作为美国高校开展科技成果转化的先驱和当代美国大学技术转移标准模式的首创者,其成熟、专业且高效的科技成果转化机制不仅成为行业的典范,也为我国大学科技成果转化提供了参考与借鉴.
Abstract
Promoting the advancement of university scientific and technological achievements out of laboratories,closely integrating them with economic development and transforming them into driving forces for social development are the key to enhancing a country's innovation capacity and competitiveness.Stan-ford University,as a pioneer in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in American universities and a pioneer in the standard mode of technology transfer in contemporary American universi-ties,has a mature,professional and efficient mechanism for the transformation of scientific and technologi-cal achievements,which has not only become a model in the industry,but also provides reference and inspi-ration for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Chinese universities.
