摘要
发展公益慈善事业是社会文明进步的重要标志,随着互联网、新媒体等技术的发展,微公益以其大众化、常态化、便捷化的特点已经成为公益领域和社会治理的新兴力量.受组织认同的"精神缺失"、组织制度的"职能缺位"、组织管理的"过程低效"、组织环境的"容量不足"等因素影响,青年微公益组织在实际运行中出现了组织决策的"专断与迷茫"、组织受众的"选择性偏好"、组织资源的"匮乏性供给"、组织运行的"非专业支持"等"志愿失灵"表现,应通过重塑组织架构、再造组织流程、增强组织支持、培育组织文化等路径匡正微公益志愿组织行为.
Abstract
The development of public welfare philanthropy is an important sign of the progress of so-cial civilization.With the development of Internet,new media and other technologies,micro public welfare has become a new force in the field of public welfare and social governance with its characteristics of popu-larity,normalization and convenience.Affected by such factors as the"lack of spirit"recognized by the or-ganization,the"lack of function"of the organization system,the"inefficiency of the process"of the organi-zation management,and the"lack of capacity"of the organization environment,the"arbitrary and con-fused"of the organization decision-making,the"selective preference"of the organization audience,the"deficient supply"of the organization resources,and the"non-professional support"of the organization op-eration,etc.We should correct the behavior of micro-public volunteer organizations by reshaping the orga-nizational structure,re-engineering the organizational process,strengthening organizational support and cultivating organizational culture.
