As Chinese basic education enters a stage of improving quality,expanding and optimizing development,and influenced by demographic factors,the structure of teacher supply and demand has shown a new pattern.In the past,the"external supply"of teachers,which accumulated cognitive human capital through targeted transportation of material capital,improving teacher qualifications or increasing the number of teachers,was difficult to cope with problems such as structural surplus of teachers.In order to ad-dress the current challenges and accumulate non cognitive human capital through optimizing teachers'emo-tional labor strategies and enhancing their professional happiness,a new path of"three-point"teacher team construction has been opened up in the form of"internal supply"teacher supply.In response to the current situation of teacher supply and demand,proposing a systematic construction of an internal teacher supply system to accumulate more non cognitive human capital is a new proposition for promoting the high-quality development of the teacher supply system.
