The Eco-stoichiometric Characteristics of Carbon,Nitrogen and Phosphorus in Soils in Different Altitudes and Tea Leaves in Organic Tea with Big Leaves Species
In this experiment, the contents of C,N,P and their stoichiometric ratios in soil and leaves of organic tea gardens at different altitude gradients in Zuxiang Alpine Organic Tea Garden were studied. We explored the effects of altitude on the ecological stoichiometric characteristics of carbon(C),nitrogen(N),and phosphorus(P)in the leaves of large-leaved organic tea trees, and analyzed the limiting factors for the growth of large-leaved tea trees in this experimental site.Provide data support for rational nutrient management in large-leaved organic tea gardens. The results showed that,Organic tea leaves from plants with big leaves of different altitude, the piece of total carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus content and leaf C:N,C,P,N:P increases with altitude have different changing trend:the higher the altitude, the blade of C:N and C:P is lower, according to the forest plant nutrient limiting factors of leaf N:P analysis, machine tea N:P is on four elevation gradient under 14,There were no significant differences in the contents of total carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and C:N,N:P in leaves at different altitudes, among which, but C:P in leaves at different altitudes. The contents of soil total carbon, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and soil C:N,C:P and N:P varied with the elevation. The higher the altitude, the higher the contents of soil total carbon, total nitrogen and total phosphorus were, and the differences were significant at different elevations, while the differ-ences of soil C:N,C:P and N:P were not significant at different elevations. The C:N,C:P,N:P of leaves and the C:N,C:P,N:P of soil were significantly positively correlated. It can be seen from the above that the growth of large-leaf or-ganic tea is limited by nitrogen,so the balance of nutrient input should be paid attention to in the operation and man-agement of organic tea plantation.
