Optimized QuEChERS-GC-MS Method for the Determination of Pesticide Residues in Tea
Objective:To establish an optimized QuEChERS-GC-MS rapid detection method for pesticide residues in tea.Method:By optimizing the particle size of tea sample, the type of extraction agent during the extraction pro-cess,and the amount of PSA,GCB,MgSO4 and NaCl used in the purification process, the pre-treatment method of the tea sample was improved. Finally, acetonitrile was used as the extraction agent, and the dried tea sample sieved through a 20 mesh sieve was mixed with the extraction agent by vortex shaking and ultrasonic extraction for 30 min-utes.The extraction solution was centrifuged, and the resulting supernatant(1 mL)was purified by the optimized QuEChERS method(PSA50 mg,GCB10 mg,MgSO4150 mg,NaCl40 mg)and centrifuged. The supernatant was in-jected into a GC-MS analyzer for further detection and analysis.Result:The RSD value of the method ranged from 1.34%to 4.97%,the spiked recovery rate was between 63.3%and 131.3%,and the detection limit was between 0.036 and 2.811 μ g/kg.The linear correlation of the standard curves for pesticide detection was good, and R2 was greater than 0.99.Conclusion:The optimized QuEChERS-GC-MS method has good linear correlation, accuracy and precision meet the general detection requirements, and is suitable for the detection and analysis of various pesticide residues in tea.
