Study on the Coupling and Coordination of Industry,Talent,and Governance in Counties Across Ethnic Frontier Regions——Taking Ximeng Wa Autonomous County in Pu'er City as an Example
In order to effectively analyze the coordinated development relationship between industry,talent,and gover-nance systems in Ximeng County,a coupling coordination degree evaluation index system of the three systems was con-structed based on the two time periods of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.The comprehensive score of the development of the three systems was measured using Spars software,and the coupling coordination degree model was used to calculate the level of coordinated development between each other.Research has found that the overall coordi-nation level of industry,talent,and governance systems is relatively low in the early and middle stages of poverty alle-viation,while it is good in the final and initial stages of rural revitalization.The coupling coordination degree of industry talent system is better than that of industry governance and talent governance.These conclusions help to summarize and extract good experiences and practices from the three systems during the poverty alleviation period,laying a solid foundation for optimizing the development strategy of industry,talent,and governance in Ximeng County during the ru-ral revitalization stage.At the same time,they also provide reference for other counties to coordinate high-quality eco-nomic and social development in the new era.
