摘要
中老两国的交往日益密切,单一语言技能人才已无法满足多元化的用人需求,当地社会对"中文+职业技能"人才的要求日趋增高,培养精技术、懂中文、通文化的复合型人才是未来人才培养的趋势.当前中老"中文+职业技能"人才培养得到两国政府的重视,但存在起步较晚、进展缓慢,配套政策和资源不充分等问题,为全面、系统地推进"中文+职业技能"人才培养,需积极促进多方合作,搭建多元共享合作平台,内育外培结合加强师资队伍建设,推进职业能力大纲构建互认、教材编写等资源建设以回应当前的发展需求.
