Revising the version of the"Rural Grassroots Cadres Social Attitude Questionnaire".Through the further analysis of the questionnaires to 737 village cadres,it shows that the revised questionnaire has bet-ter discriminant validity,reliability,and validity than the previous one.Besides,the factor analysis results are highly consistent between the previous and subsequent versions,indicating that the revised question-naire has good item discriminant validity,reliability,and validity.The revised questionnaire can be used as an effective measurement tool for the current research on the social attitudes of rural grassroots cadres.
