Simultaneous Frequency,Mutual Embedding,and Collaborative Progress:An Exploration of Modernization Pathways in Border Governance under the Context of"Interaction,Exchange,and Integration"
As a crucial core of the modernization of national governance,the modernization of frontier governance has an effective path deeply integrated into the subsystem of national governance capacity enhancement.Against the backdrop of"communication,interaction,and integration"among various ethnic groups,this study examines the current practical obstacles and internal causes of frontier governance and explores the modernization path of frontier governance based on the actual situation,with the aim of seeking new thinking for the modernization of frontier gov-ernance capacity in China.It is discovered that policies and institutions,as internal driving forces,impact the im-provement of frontier governance ability;The participation of multiple governance subjects is the key factor influenc-ing the modernization of border governance ability.It is essential to intensify the mobilization of border residents to engage in governance;The crucial role of the governing body is reflected in its professional and flexible governance;As the"basic unit"of frontier governance,the township plays a distinctive and significant role in the modernization of China's national governance.This study offers multiple ideas for enhancing the governance capacity of border ar-eas and constructs a governance model featuring embedded joint efforts and cooperation among border governance participants,enriching the textual content of national governance theories and providing valuable references for fu-ture research and frontier practice.
