The Promotion Effect of Green Finance Policies on Environmental Industry Investment——Multiple Regression Analysis and Policy Evaluation
Based on the data from 2008 to 2022,this study systematically analyzed the effects of green financial policies,the efficiency of using green financial instruments and the implementation of green fiscal and tax policies on the scale of investment in environmental protection industry by using multiple linear regression models.The results show that the implementation efficiency of green financial policies,the use efficiency of green financial instruments and the implementation intensity of green fiscal and tax policies have significant positive effects on the scale of investment in environmental protection industry.In addition,the level of economic development,corporate profitability and innovation ability as control variables also have a positive impact on the scale of investment in environmental protection industry.The study also found that the impact of these policies in different regions is different,the eastern region of the policy effect is the most significant,the improvement of corporate profitability in the central region is strong in promoting environmental protection investment,while the western region is relatively lagging behind.Based on the above conclusions,suggestions are put forward to strengthen the implementation of green finance policies,promote efficient green financial instruments and increase the support of green fiscal and tax policies,so as to promote the investment and development of environmental protection industry.
