摘要
云南地方经济社会发展亟需创新复合型人才,此类人才需要具有学科专业素养、跨学科专业素养、跨文化交流能力、跨职业专业能力.创新复合型人才,实质是马克思提出的人的三个发展阶段中"自由全面发展的人".培养创新复合型人才,需要实施全面发展的教育.创新复合型人才培养,关键在交叉学科及"四新"专业建设,需要打破交叉学科专业建设中各利益相关者的路径依赖困境、加强交叉学科专业建设资源保障、构建系统完备的交叉学科专业建设发展制度体系、建设交叉学科专业发展的社会文化.
Abstract
The regional economic and societal progress within Yunnan is in dire need of individuals who are not only proficient in their respective disciplines but also possess interdisciplinary expertise,cross cultural communication a-bilities,and the flexibility to navigate across various professional domains.Innovative and composite talents are actu-ally those who undergo a holistic and unrestricted development throughout the three stages of human development as posited by Marx.To foster such innovative and composite individuals,the implementation of an integrative educa-tional approach is imperative.The crux of nurturing innovative and composite individuals lies in the establishment of interdisciplinary programs and the specialty construction of"new engineering,new medicine,new agriculture,and new liberal arts".To achieve this,it is necessary to overcome the path dependency experienced by different stake-holders involved in developing interdisciplinary programs.Additionally,there should be an emphasis on allocating resources towards constructing interdisciplinary professionals.Furthermore,it is important to establish a systematic and comprehensive framework to facilitate the growth of interdisciplinary programs.Lastly,fostering a supportive so-cial culture is crucial for advancing these interdisciplinary fields.
