组织生态学视角下高职院校马克思主义学院建设路径探赜

摘要
组织生态学中关于组织生态位、制度环境和认知合法性的理论,为高职"马院"的建设提供了新的视角.组织生态位尚未稳固、制度环境尚不成熟、认知合法性难题尚待破解是高职"马院"建设面临的现实困境.因此,高职"马院"应找准组织生态位,强化功能定位;完善机制建设,优化制度环境;提升认识合法性,固化类型特色.
Abstract
The theory of organizational niche,institutional environment and cognitive legitimacy in organizational ecology provides a new perspective for the construction of Marxist college in higher vocational colleges.The organizational niche is not yet stable,the institutional environment is not mature,and the problem of cognitive legitimacy needs to be solved,which are the practical difficulties faced by the construction of Marxist college in higher vocational colleges.In view of these practical difficulties,the Marxist College of higher vocational colleges should strengthen its functional orientation and find out the organizational niche;Optimize the institutional environment and speed up the construction of relevant systems;Solidify the characteristics of types and enhance the legitimacy of understanding.
