Discussion on the Protection Planning of Traditional Villages from the Perspective of Public Policy——Taking Qu Village in Shanzhou District,Sanmenxia as an Example
Traditional villages are an important carrier of China's outstanding cultural heritage in the countryside,and their protection and inheritance can not only demonstrate cultural confidence,but also promote cultural revitalization.Traditional village protection planning is a protective institutional arrangement for the excellent social culture and material space of traditional villages at the national level,which has the attributes of public policy.From the perspective of public policy,we explore the public policy attributes of traditional village protection planning and the similarities with public policy in preparation,implementation and supervision,analyze the current situation of the protection of traditional villages in Qu Village,Shanzhou District,Sanmenxia City,and explore the strategies and methods of traditional village protection planning in Qu Village to achieve rural revitalization and sustainable development through the methods of field research,interviews,literature research and direct observation.
