With the strategic guidance of"everyone has a certificate,skills Henan",this study closely focused on the actual learning situation of higher vocational college students,combined the organic chemistry course content with the occupational skill requirements of sterilizers,and integrated the ideological and political elements and practical skills competition into the course,to explore the practical path of teaching reform of organic chemistry"course integration".The study aimed to improve students'vocational skills,enhance course satisfaction and post competency,and then improve students'1+X certificate pass rate,professional identity and employment competitiveness.After testing and questionnaire data analysis,the teaching reform of organic chemistry"course integration"has achieved remarkable practical results,which provides a useful reference for the innovation of organic chemistry teaching mode in higher vocational colleges.
