Textbooks are an important foundation for education and training.To establish new forms of textbooks is the current focus of textbook reform and construction in vocational colleges.From the dimension of using,constructing new forms of textbooks includes the following four aspects.First,new forms of textbooks must follow political direction based on our national situation.Second,they should demonstrate various functions of teaching and reflect rules of teaching.Third,they should regard study as the center and highlight the function of learning materials.Finally,they should keep up with the times and have innovative presentation forms.From the dimension of practice,there are four problems on constructing new forms of textbooks.First,there is a tendency to prioritize speciality over education,which results in the deviation of the logical starting point.Second,we emphasize form over content,which inverts the focus of construction.Third,we focus on compilation over the using of textbooks,which affects our goals of reform.Finally,we emphasize personal efforts over cooperation,which has an impact on the building of team.From the dimension of adaptation,to establish new forms of textbooks should keep the following four strategies.First,the construction of new forms of textbooks in vocational education should focus on morality and should properly integrate"moral education"and"skill cultivation".Second,it should demonstrate the characteristics of vocational education and serve the development of the industry.Third,it should optimize the structure of team and have innovative cooperation systems.Finally,it should improve management systems and promote effective implementation of textbooks reform.
