摘要
针对水泥工程EPC项目建设中传统钢筋加工方法劳动强度大、工作效率低、钢筋损耗率难以把控等问题,提出了一种通过物联网技术将数控钢筋加工设备与云端调度系统相结合的智能钢筋加工方法,实现了钢筋加工设备状态集中监控和远程任务下达,极大程度减少了钢筋加工过程中的人工干预,提升了钢筋加工生产效率及质量控制水平,减少了钢筋的浪费,推进了钢筋加工的整体智能化水平.
Abstract
In view of the problems in the construction of cement engineering EPC projects,such as high labor intensity,low work efficiency,and difficult control of rebar consumption rate in traditional rebar processing methods,a intelligent rebar processing method is proposed,which combines CNC rebar processing equipment with cloud scheduling system through IOT technology.This method realizes centralized monitoring of the status of rebar processing equipment and remote task dispatching,greatly reduces the manual intervention in the process of rebar processing,improves the production efficiency and quality control level of rebar processing,reduces the waste of rebar,and promotes the overall intelligent level of steel bar processing.
