摘要

针对某水泥熟料生产线槽式拉链机存在的槽板式输送料斗密封效果差、容量小、输送能力不足、现场作业环境差、岗位人员劳动强度大等问题,改造更换了新的水泥熟料槽式拉链机,应用了独立式输送料斗及更大一级减速机,增加了润滑装置,将手动螺旋平板闸阀更换为了气动平板闸阀.改造后,拉链机输送能力提高,熟料标准煤耗由105.24kgce/t降至103.59kgce/t,降低了扬尘,优化了现场作业环境,增加了社会效益和经济效益.

Abstract

In response to the problems of poor sealing effect and small capacity of the though-plate conveying hopper,insufficient conveying capacity,poor on-site operating environment,and high labor intensity of personnel in the trough zipper machine of a certain cement clinker production line,a new cement clinker trough zipper machine has been renovated and replaced,using an independent conveying hopper and a larger reducer,adding lubrication devices,and replacing the manual spiral flat gate valve with a pneumatic flat gate valve.After the renovation,it improved the conveying capacity of the zipper machine,reduced the standard coal consumption of clinker from 105.24kgce/t to 103.59kgce/t,reduced the dust,optimized the on-site working environment,and increased social and economic benefits.
