摘要
水泥企业的物料平衡管理多采用人工定期盘点的传统方式,盘点周期长,劳动强度大,盘点数据受物料种类和堆放位置影响较大.水泥企业在线物料平衡管理系统以水泥工艺理论为基础,以信息和数据为驱动,充分利用信息化、数字化技术采集水泥生产、质量、物流等多维度数据,从正向和反向逻辑推算平衡料耗,可实现每日物料定时盘存、定时输出盘点报告,辅助生产决策,提升企业的生产管理效率.
Abstract
The material balance management of cement enterprises often adopts the traditional method of manual periodic inventory,which has a long inventory cycle and high labor intensity.The inventory data is greatly affected by the type of materials and stacking location.The online material balance management system for cement enterprises is based on the theory of cement technology,driven by information and data.It fully utilizes information and digital technology to collect multi-dimensional data on cement production,quality,logistics,and other aspects,and calculates balanced material consumption from forward and reverse logic.It can achieve daily scheduled inventory of materials and output inventory reports,assist production decision-making,and improve the efficiency of enterprise production management.
