摘要
综述了国内外对于水泥中水溶性铬(Ⅵ)含量的管控要求及当前降低熟料及水泥中水溶性铬(Ⅵ)含量的方法措施与途径.从常用降铬剂、工业废渣降铬剂、原燃材料、工艺控制等方面对降低水溶性铬(Ⅵ)所开展的研究和应用案例展开了论述,指出了当前水泥工业降铬研究方面仍存在不足.建议进一步开展工业固废降铬系统性机理研究、水泥窑协同处置固危废技术优化、新型高效低成本降铬剂产品研发等方面的研究.
Abstract
The control requirements of water-soluble chromium(Ⅵ)content in cement at home and abroad and the current methods and measures to reduce the content of water-soluble chromium(Ⅵ)in clinker and cement are reviewed.The research and application cases of reducing water-soluble chromium(Ⅵ)in cement industry are discussed from the aspects of common chromium reducing agents,industrial waste chromium reducing agents,raw materials,process control,etc.,and it is pointed out that there are still deficiencies in the current research on chromium reduction in the cement industry.It is suggested that further research should be carried out on the systematic mechanism of chromium reduction of industrial solid waste,the optimization of cement kiln collaborative disposal of solid and dangerous waste technology,and the development of new high-efficiency and low-cost chromium reduction agent products.
