摘要
采用人工目测及应用测量工具定期开盖检查辊压机辊面磨损,存在观察误差大、异常状态发现不及时等诸多问题.为实现对辊压机辊面的无人化监测精细化管理,延长辊面使用寿命,开发了一套辊压机辊面磨损在监测系统.详细介绍了辊压机辊面磨损在监测系统的技术原理,该系统采用激光扫描三维重构技术,形成辊面三维数字孪生体,自动判断辊面异常情况,检测精度高,不易受辊面纹理影响,首次实现了辊压机核心部件辊面的数字化映射.应用实践表明,该系统可直观发现辊面修复锥化缺陷,识别辊面柱钉及凹坑缺陷等磨损状况,应用效果显著,有效提升了辊压机设备的智能化水平.
Abstract
Manual visual inspection and regular inspections with measurement tools by opening the cover to check the roller surface wear of roller press have many issues,such as significant observation errors and delayed discovery of abnormal conditions.To achieve unmanned fine-grained monitoring and management of the surface for roller press and extend the service life,a set of the roller surface wear monitoring system for roller press has been developed.This article introduces in detail the technical principles of the surface wear monitoring system for roller press.The system utilizes laser scanning 3D reconstruction technology to create a 3D digital twin of the roller surface,automatically identifies abnormalities on the surface,has high detection accuracy,and is not easily influenced by the surface texture.It realizes the digital mapping of the roller surface for roller press,a core component of the roller press,for the first time.Application practices have shown that the system can visually detect cone defects in roller surface repairs,identify the condition of roller surface pins and pit defects,and has significant application effects,effectively improving the intelligent level of roller press.
