移动通风槽在砂石骨料自动装车系统的除尘设计

摘要
砂石骨料生产线采用移动皮带机自动装车系统装车时,由于皮带机的移动性,导致难以有效布置除尘器,除尘效果较差.移动通风槽能够将移动除尘变为固定除尘,实现装车高效除尘;介绍了移动皮带机自动装车系统的生产工艺、移动通风槽的结构及工作原理、风量及风压、除尘选型设计等.选用移动通风槽进行装车系统除尘时,移动通风槽风速控制在20~22m/s,除尘风机风压控制在>4000Pa较为适宜;在实际应用中,还应加强设备密封,定期进行清灰处理等.
Abstract
When the sand and gravel aggregate production line adopts a mobile belt conveyor automatic loading system for loading,the mobility of the belt conveyor makes it difficult to effectively arrange the dust collector,resulting in poor dust removal effect.The mobile ventilation duct moves with the belt conveyor can convert mobile dust removal into fixed dust removal,achieving efficient dust removal during loading.This article introduces the production process of the automatic loading system of the mobile belt conveyor,the structure and working principle of the mobile ventilation groove,and the selection design of air volume and air pressure for dust removal.When using a mobile ventilation duct for dust removal in the loading system,the gas velocity of the mobile ventilation duct should be controlled at 20~22m/s,and the gas pressure of the dust removal fan should be more suitable than 4000Pa.In practical applications,equipment sealing should also be strengthened,and regular dust cleaning treatment should be carried out.
