摘要

"绿色智能数字化"零碳矿山是当前矿山建设的发展趋势,提出了基于5G网络高传输速率支持和光伏发电清洁储能的绿色智能数字化零碳矿山建设整体方案.该方案主要围绕矿区钻孔、爆破、铲装、运输生产主线,将数字信息化技术、北斗和GPS定位技术、三维仿真技术等先进技术运用到传统矿山企业中.通过矿山机械智能化远程操控"油改电"建设,5G专网、内部局域网和无线自组网等基础通信设施建设,信息中心软硬件建设及光伏储能发电项目建设等,实现矿山绿色、零碳、智能化开采目标.

Abstract

Green and Intelligent mines are the current trend in mine construction.This paper proposes an overall construction of digitalization and infrastructure for a green and intelligent mine,supported by the high transmission rate of 5G networks and clean energy storage from photovoltaic power generation.The plan focuses on the main production lines of drilling,blasting,loading,and transportation in mining areas.It integrates advanced technologies such as digital information technology,Beidou and GPS positioning technology,and 3D simulation technology into traditional mining enterprises.By building intelligent remote control for mining machinery with"oil-to-electric"conversion,constructing basic communication facilities like 5G private networks,internal local area networks,and wireless ad hoc networks,and developing software and hardware for the information center and photovoltaic energy storage power projects,the goal of green and intelligent mining can be achieved.
